Recent changes to the system allow the use of the & character within a page to describe html elements such as £, < and >.
By prefixing the template name with 'code', it is also possible to work on regular pages in plain text mode (without the xinha editor).
The system names all of the areas of a page using .css <div id=> tags, but if your .css requires more control (placing div tags within paragraphs or other elements), you currently need to use a 'code' template and work in text mode.
Also, relative links within the page may end up being absolute when using the xinha editor, so pages that use a lot of local links or images may also need to be created in text mode.
