This site is home to the ucms.php Content Management System.

ucms.php is a CMS system that is designed to live on a local system and assist in the creation of web and other content that will later be uploaded to a server somewhere on the internet.

The ucms.php system has been used to build this and several other sites and is designed to be modified by its users according to their needs.

As the system is intended to run locally behind a fire wall where the code can be modified freely without the risk of creating an exploit on the public web host. ­

Lines of Code will be expanded to include other projects and internet / programming information.
